Our Story Begins at the Center of the World

 Born in Zaruma, Ecuador, Zaruma Gold Coffee is a mother-owned company bringing the rich flavors of Ecuadorian single-origin coffee to our NYC cafés and online store. 

Lead by Diana Aguilar

 Diana founded Zaruma Gold Coffee with a passion for sharing Ecuador’s rich coffee heritage. Every bean is carefully selected and roasted with purpose, bringing the flavors of Ecuador and the warmth of family tradition to every cup.
