Our story begins in the middle of the world.

Zaruma Gold Coffee is mother-owned and rooted in Zaruma, Ecuador. Today we share Ecuadorian single-origin coffee through our NYC cafés and our online store.

Led by Diana Aguilar

Diana founded Zaruma to share Ecuador’s finest craftsmanship through coffee. Each bean is carefully selected, roasted with purpose, and brought to your cup with the warmth of family tradition.
